Leslie Golden EESC Tech Director
I am well into my second year as the Education Technology Director for the EESC, which is a statewide partnership between ODE, the association of ESDs, K12, Higher Ed, CC, and the Governor's office.
I work on a range of technology programs and projects geared to support and advance effective uses of technology in education. The continuum includes last mile connectivity solutions, improving data quality to improve teaching and learning, building public/private relationships to leverage support for instructional tech opportunities, and exploring content and models for Web-based professional development.
By working with the expertise in the Cadre and other groups/agencies across Oregon and the U.S., I hope to be able to bring vehicles to create true education equity to teachers and students across Oregon.
